Referrals were released yesterday for May 31-June 6th...(our date is August 25). It seems they are releasing about a weeks worth of referrals a month, if that keeps up we'll be lucky to bring Aislin home next year!!! It's very frustrating, it's a rough road knowing she's there and we are here and we can't bring her home. Trying to stay positive (though this post doesn't reflect that!) and we do know that according to what the CCAA says it won't keep going this slow, so things could change on a dime, next month they could start back to sending out a month at a time and we could be bringing her home in September. That'd be a great way to spend our third anniversary. We haven't started her room yet, and we've been holding off on buying her crib and stroller and toys and stuff, it'll only drive us crazy to have all of that and no baby...
Angie was here last week and brought Aislin the prettiest little baby blanket, so soft, it matches her crib bedding so it's absolutely perfect. John bought Aislin a little teddy bear that we are going to send to her in a care package prior to going to China, it's the cutest little thing and we can't wait until we can send it.
So that's all for now, nothing exciting, nothing new just a heavy feeling in our hearts.

Just keep your sprits high and your thoughts postive and the best will be at your side in no time. Enjoy this bit of time you have with each other right now, so that when Aislin comes home, she will feel the love you have without even saying a word. All my love you. Love Joy
Well Tara I guess,in the interim, you will just have to dedicate your life to your husband (the great man that he is) but I hope your wait is short and you get some good news soon. In the end it will have been worth the wait but you will only realize that once success has been achieved. Love
